Chateau Milens

By taste, we like well-built and well-balanced wines. We prefer our bottles to a gourmet pleasure, to be the first finished at a meal, rather than to triumph in a super concentration contest. Of course our wines are colourful and concentrated, but we seek to avoid excesses by refusing to make "wine sink" which impresses in pure tasting but quickly saturates the palate during a meal.
